TEKsystems’ CSRs are responsible for delivering internal and external support to customers, employees, and Technical Professionals. Areas of support include administrative, clerical, HR, financial and other important corporate support functions.

TEKsystems’ CSR candidates will have most or all of these qualifications:

• Ability to organise and prioritise work in a fast paced environment
• Proven background in providing customer service
• Ability to ensure that TEKsystems complies with applicable labour rules and regulations

• Receptionists/Administrative Assistants - Providing customer service to customers and contractors in a variety of ways including operating the  front desk, managing the flow of office documents, answering and routing in-bound telephone calls, filing and other general office duties
