Typical TEKsystems recruiter job duties include:
- Developing recruiting strategies to locate and select qualified applicants
- Verifying the skills and qualifications of job candidates
- Overseeing the pre-engagement processes
- Managing TEKsystems’ relationship with Technical Professionalswhile on assignment
- Assessing and investigating Technical Professional problems, and supplying counseling, performance appraisal and disciplinary actions when required
- Negotiating wages and other employment terms with clients and candidates
- Partnering with business development managers to identify new accounts, target skills, account potential and other business opportunities
- Communicating with peers by sharing 'best practices' and properly documenting contractor relationship and transactions in various business systems applications
- Performing other duties as required
Qualified Recruiter candidates must:
- Have a Bachelor's degree or related sales or recruiting background.
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
- Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced sales environment and be capable of regularly using independent judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
- Be familiar with Microsoft Word and MS Outlook (or similar email application)
- Be currently authorised to work in Germany.
